The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide essential support to individuals and their families by coordinating and delivering services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). 5. Do you have Supervision & Training: Providing oversight and guidance to RBTs and other staff while ensuring proper training on behavior intervention strategies.

6. Do you have Regulatory Knowledge : Understanding of HIPAA laws, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards to ensure compliance.

7. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
