We pride ourselves on our professional, customer-focused environment and are seeking a dedicated Auto Body Shop Detailer/Assistant to join our team. Full Job Description: We are looking for an Auto Body Shop Detailer/Assistant with at least one year of experience in an auto body shop environment (preferred but not required). This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company, assist with daily tasks, and further develop your skills in the automotive field. Responsibilities:

• Keep the shop clean and organized, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Take out the garbage daily, including old parts, boxes, and other waste materials.
• Wash and detail vehicles thoroughly after repairs, inside and out.
• Assist in other shop departments as needed, providing support where required.
• Communicate effectively with body shop managers and front office staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• At least 1 year of experience in an auto body shop or detailing environment (preferred).
• Ability to detail, polish, and clean vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs within the shop.
• Positive, hardworking personality with a strong commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

As part of the application process, we perform background checks and drug screenings. Requirements:

• Valid AZ Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening (THC excluded from screening).
