Responsibilities:
• Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
• Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
• Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
• Work Order & Maintenance Coordination
• Tenant & Owner Relations
• Rent Collection & 3-Day notices
Qualifications:
• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher
• Familiarity with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor
